Still none here.. same screens as in the last page of the thread - I've gotten anywhere from 50+ points in past months, so its hard to believe that none of my guesses were right at all.... Eh well, and I already made the guesses for February. Hope I get some Jan points

i got tr points before from the xunlai rewards npc, but this time i didn't get eny... hope you fix this...

They never even announce when they give them do they?

Also I looked, I KNOW I would've won some points.

Know what's funny by the way? Once I simply made my predictions by adding every guild in the order they were listed (assuming that was the current standings) and got almost maximum points.

Come on ANet...I want Zaishen Keys!

Default Tournament Point rewards!

Has anyone else gotten their tournament point rewards for January?.... I thought they'd be out in the begining of Febuary at the latest, and it's March and they're still not here! I've been checking every few days or so.... and everytime there is an update, but for some reason I haven't gotten any yet!

In case you don't know what I'm talking about, on the official site, if you vote on the gvg battles and 1v1 battles and get some right or close to right, then you win tournament points. You can trade them for stuff like Zaishen keys. (That is what I always use mine for.)

I just wanna know if anyone else got theirs or if anyone knows when they're going to be in?....I don't know who's job it is to do the points or put them in the game, but I wouldn't think it is a big deal to put them in, and this a ridiculous wait.

i doubt February's have been given out yet, but thats not the point.

if you havnt gotten your january ones, its either cause of some wierd error at ANET (in which case you should email anet support), or you inputted your email/charactername/accountinfo improperly, and you should change it and hope for the best next month.

So, I've been trying to get this resolved through the NCSoft support team. They utterly failed to resolve my problem and are pointing me towards the "[email protected]" mailbox, but after a week (!) I have yet to get an answer from that box. Have we all tried emailing this box? I still have yet to get January's points, and I have zero confidence that February's will work correctly. Below is my fairly laughable correspondence with NCSoft...

Hello, I have not yet received a reply to my email. Is it possible for someone in your department to escalate the question I've asked to the tournament team? The email I sent them is titled "[Fwd: Xunlai Tournament House not working [Incident: 080207-000247]]", dated 2/25 @ 4:00PM EST. I have attached the email I sent them.

I submitted a support request regarding this earlier and I got a standardized answer - I'm really hoping someone can look into this this time instead of providing a standardized answer. I still have not received my tournament reward points for my Xunlai Tournament Predictions in January. The previous support response amounted to "You'll get them within 30 days", but 30 days have passed and I still don't get the points when I speak to the Xunlai Tournament Agent in game. All my friends have their points.

As indicated in the Tournament House Rules, the prizes will become available within 30 days of the completion of the tournament. The Xunlai Tournament Agent should have prizes available soon. You may wish to check www.guildwars.com for updates on this issue.

Hello, I registered for and used the Xunlai House Prediction tool last month through the Guild Wars website, and I have not received my reward points, although everyone else in my guild has. I used the same email address to register for the Xunlai house this as I use for my in-game account, I have double-checked this, it's "[email protected]". I am positive I registered for and used the site correctly. Can someone please give me an idea as to what is going on with my reward points?
